Jeff Faile is the founder and managing principal of Jeffery Faile CPA, a certified public accounting practice providing audit, tax, and advisory services to small businesses, real estate developers, and individuals with complex financial and tax matters.

Prior to establishing his firm in 2008, Mr. Faile served as a senior manager with one of the nation’s top 20 public accounting firms and the largest firm in the country specializing in tax credits and community development. In that role, he was responsible for the planning, supervision, and review of numerous audit engagements and worked closely with clients across the United States. His experience included coordinating multi-state engagements and leveraging firm-wide technical resources to deliver practical solutions aligned with client objectives.

Before joining a national accounting firm, Mr. Faile was a principal with a public accounting practice specializing in affordable housing and community development. His work focused on real estate development consulting, specialized audit services, tax credit compliance, and partnership taxation. As principal of the firm’s Southeastern office, he also gained significant experience in practice leadership, client advisory services, and operational management.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Faile has provided accounting and consulting services on hundreds of real estate transactions involving the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit, and tax-exempt private activity bonds. With more than 25 years of experience, he is widely recognized for his expertise in affordable housing and community development.

In recent years, Mr. Faile has expanded his practice to include strategic tax planning and advisory services for closely held businesses and high-income individuals. His work frequently involves complex tax issues, entity structuring, multi-entity operations, cash-flow planning, and compliance matters requiring a high level of technical judgment and practical business insight. He brings a hands-on, consultative approach to helping clients navigate growth, manage risk, and make informed financial decisions.

Mr. Faile has also conducted tax credit seminars nationwide and authored articles for industry trade publications, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional education and thought leadership.
